Fm 4 years old!

We where planning to make a great movie for the 4th aniversity of Funky monkeys, but sadly that was not possible this
time, stay tuned for Fm 5years movie;)
Most of you propably dont know that Fm was formed by people from a short time unreal tournament clan shadow
warriors that broke apart and from that clan sinner,enddlesslove and loco founded Funky
monkeys as a new hope for the utscene. Officialy Fm was founded 25.03.2000 making it one of the
oldest still around unreal clans in the world and the oldest from Finland (yes
Finland did have quite alot of Unreal Tournament clans).
Funky monkeys is has and always been a clan made by friends, most of our members have finnished their gaming
career in Fm. In year 2000 and 2001 the crew changed quite abit becouse the finnish scene was very active and we had
some people liked to move clans, after that the core team has stayed pretty much the same.
Curently we have played in 13 clanbase cups we have also played in 10-15 diffrent clanbase
ladders (hard to find out the exact number since some ladder matches are missing from clanbase dunno why).it all started
in the international UT CTF ladder where we played total of 79 wars after that Fm moved on to UT
CTF scandinavian ladder and played total of 102 wars. Then we played some instabig belive it or not ;) we
also played in some instagib cups. We played 8 games in the UT iCTF international ladder and
35 wars in the UT iCTF scandinavian ladder. We have played in all of Clanbase's UT (before ut2003
was released) and UT2003 CTF-cups and on some iCTF cups. Also we have played in a few none clanbase cups as
well. More recently we have played in the ut2003 CTF ladder total of only 28 games (ladder has always been abit
quiet in ut2003 ctf) and in 4 UT2003 cups 3x CTF cups and in one DDOM cup where we got our first
trophy ever when we shared the 3rd place with MD.
With close to 400 (or over) official clanwars against over 200 diffrent clans Funky monkeys is still
here, why do we continue to play? well the reason is quite simple we play becouse we want to play with each other. We
play for fun not for glory. we have faced some tought times (what clan has not?) but we have always managed to pull us back together and have been forced to drop from
few cup's becouse of those problems. We have no real leader and some people might think that's a bad thing but we dont
feel so, we decide everything together (if you are active you are listened more than if you are not) and if we make bad
choices then there is noone to blaim, never has anyone been accepted as a member in Fm if even 1 monkey
has been against it. Like every clan we have kicked out some members mostly becouse they were not active and never really where if
you once where active in Fm you are always welcome to return to our ranks and will not be removed from the roster.
What does the future mean for Funky monkeys well ofcource only time will tell, last year was pretty tought on us but
now things are looking pretty good. We are all very excited about unreal tournament 2004 it seems to be the game
ut2003 should have been. Fm will atleast play CTF in ut2004, but we are curently also looking at
some other game types as well. Hope to see all our friends in ut2004 and those friends that are no longer with the
gaming community we hope you all are doing fine.

In the Fm intro movie you will see next year, will be a listing of all our monkeys but i will list most of
them here now if you are not on the list it does not mean anything else that i'm sorry i missed you. the referense to
core-team means who are curently a big part of the team nothing more. The info is very limited on year 2000 or so since i myself was not monkey
then and cant really remember everything either;D also i didnt see a reason to list some shorttime members from the beginning
hopefully i will come back to this and update everyone on it.. well atleast the movie will have a better listing;D
In timeline order here are most of the monkeys:
Sinner one of the founders of Fm and still clanleader in CB. Sinner was very active and one of our star
attackers in ut1 when ut2003 came the thing sinner faded to the background but said oneday to return.
EndlessLove one of the founders of Fm, Elove became inactive due to reallife issues during 2002 if i remember
correct;)
Loco to finnish of our 3 founders, loco said he had some real life things he had to take care of and would return after
that:

Kirstu joined Fm 13.5.2000 and after some on&off action left for the last time 22.6.2001
Cyber joined Fm 25.6.2000 and was very active on unreal tournament being our long
time solid defender, Cyber also played some ut2003 but was forced to take some time of becouse he had go to
Finnish military service he is back now and hopefully will be joining us in ut2003/ut2004.
Alko aka alk0 aka nolame joined the monkeys 18.8.2000 and left us 11.12.2000
Reperbot aka repe has been on and off monkey from the start he joined the first time 19.9.2000 and is
curently on the roster but inactive. repe plays DM mostly for
Dsky nowadays.
WacoMaco joined us almost at xmas 2000 he joined 23.12.2000 and left us for another clan 19.6.2001
Fake became a monkey 25.11.2000 after WetDreams broke up. Fake was a amazing defender but he left
us for another clan at 11.4.2001.
Nakittaja one of our instagib players joined the monkeys 29.1.2001 and played until 1.10.2001
Kymis played alot of instagib and also some normal weapons if i remember correct he joined the monkeys 19.2.2001
and stopped playing 1.2.2002

Killer started his Fm career 2.4.2001 and played
in alot of ut games, killer is still around and
we are waiting for him to get a new computer;D Killer was also our longtime wararanger before Olaf took over.

Mato joined Fm for the first time 7.5.2001 and has been more or less Active. Mato also played some
ut2003.

Shivan the fatman joined monkeys 21.5.2001 after WetDreams and Delirium both broke up + a brake from
gaming. He (that means me wierd to write about myself in 3rd person) is still active in Fm and more or less Core team

abeo was shortly part of the Fm family he joined 27.6.2001 and left us 22.8.2001

Olaf our loved junior monkey:) joined us 13.7.2001 and became war arranger shortly after that he is our
current wararanger as well ;) olaf has been one of our most active players and solid link in our defense.
Olaf is also a big part of the Core team

Paniq was our only Female member she joined Fm 5.8.2001 somehow she didnt like it with us;) and she left
us 9.9.2001

Mazingol joined our ranks 9.9.2001 and played with us untill he wanted to try pro-gaming with clan
elysium. Mazingol is nowadays active with the ut1 clan cX
|
Mysterio aka murhamies aka murhis joined Fm 15.1.2002 and has been a part of the core team
ever since! mysterio is one of our key-attackers.

Zygote became a monkey 18.3.2002 and has been a nice addon to the core team ever since! zygote
plays offence and defence ;)

Dahakon Had been a part of the Fm ut insta team before but he re-joined for ut2003 13.10.2002 with out really
never being active and he was removed from the roster 3.9.2003 due to inactivity.
Balturi aka p8 joined the monkeys 18.10.2002 but never was really active and he was removed from roster
17.5.2003

Zimeon joined the family 29.1.2003 and has been a real monkey ever since! Zimeon is part of the
zztop that confuses me.. see it here also Zygote/Zimeon you cant ever tell witch one is speaking in irc!
zimeon is also in the core team of Fm.

Kajari from Zimeons Bombingrun clan was also Monkey for a while he joined 21.2.2003 and left
8.6.2003. Kajari is back in unreal and starting to play ut2004 assault in [nuclF].

Bleunt the skinny swede joined us 11.4.2003 and was very active in the start before his computer broke
down hopefully now that it's fixed he will join us also in ut2004. Bleunt is core team when he is active like everyone
else;D

Plv aka Pulver another swede became a monkey 19.9.2003 and has been more or less active ever
since;D

|
Xtreem|rage also joined the monkeys 19.9.2003. extreem|rage is our first member outside scandinavia he is
from Netherlands and has been one of the most active monkeys eversince meaning he is coreteam ;D
